Waiting Lounge is the place place where you can park your vehicle and get on to the Shuttle. Shuttles start from the Waiting lounge and return back to the waiting lounge. They will not stop anywhere in between.

What else can I do at the Waiting lounge?

Waiting lounge is equipped with air conditioning, excellent seating with high speed Internet. You can chill out at the waiting lounge, watch TV, watch sports, or play a game of Table Tennis or chess

Is EZShuttle safe and reliable?

Absolutely. Every Shuttle is equipped with GPS Tracker.All the facilities including the shuttle's are monitored round the clock through live CCTV footage. Waiting lounge has professional security guards round the clock. All employees and service men like the shuttle drivers are employed after a thorough background verification. All drivers are required to undergo two times in a day breathalyzer (alcohol) testing

Why there is a waiting lounge in Hitech City? Can I park vehicle there?​

Waiting lounge at hitech city is the location from where the Shuttle will start its return journey back to the Waiting lounce where it came from. There is no parking at this facility as this facility is only used to get on to the shuttle to return home. All other facilities like WIFI, play room, AC lounge are available.

Do the shuttle start on time? What if I miss the shuttle?

Shuttle will start 'exactly' on the scheduled time. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that you have time to park your vehicle. If you miss the shuttle you will be accommodate on the next shuttle

Is there is contract?Can I pay as I go?​

There is NO contract. You can discontinue the service any time. However you are required to buy the service for a month each time.
